👜 When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within the European Union. Delivery times depend on your location:

France: 2–4 business days
Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania: 3–6 business days
Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

Undamaged
In its original packaging

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@denasefris.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of both the item and the packaging.
